Adam specializes in orthopedic and sports rehab & performance. His approach emphasizes a patient-centered methodology while utilizing biomechanics and functional movement analysis to help patients return to the activities they love.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before transitioning to a career in physical therapy. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Western Kentucky University. Afterwards, Adam completed an orthopedic residency at Loma Linda University as well as fellowships in Orthopedic & Sports Rehabilitation and Lower Quarter Biomechanics through Kaiser Permanente and the Movement Performance Institute. During his time there, he worked with athletes of all levels including NBA, NWSL, & NFL. After completing his fellowship experience, Adam worked in Orange County at a facility that specialized in ACL & sports rehab including collegiate baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, golf, cross country, and volleyball athletes.
